Beau was our cleaning technician this month and our home was absolutely immaculate! Absolutely above and beyond, with every inch shining. We’ve had such great experiences with the entire staff of Simply Pure Home and I would highly recommend using them for your cleaning needs! We especially appreciate that they use safer products so our home feels fresh without heavy fragrances or toxic chemicals used in some cleaning products.
The ladies who came out were so kind and overall did a really nice job, but the owner has a very condescending way of talking to people, and it really hurt my feelings. I noticed this during the booking when I questioned the time of the deep cleaning as I had been told 4-6 hours with 2 ppl. over the phone by an assistant then told 3 hours with 2ppl. by her. I let her know the master shower had white grout that needed plenty of TLC and was assured she didn’t book an appointment unless there was enough time to complete the cle... read more
