Wow, thank God that I never went there but I gave it up a one. There is so much bad review and I did ask the lady a couple of times somewhere that I seen her and she does not Knowledge me whatsoever, she could go and suck it up, but other people not with me.I'm BORICUA 💯🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷 She aint taking my money. That's for sure.I will drive thirty minutes to get my nails and my feet done Forty dollars just Acrylic on my own nail. Thank God I seen all the reviews before stepping a foot in there.
I came in as a walk-in and was greatful they could take me because my normal salon could not, and their service itself was ok, but I've honestly never had a pedicure come out this bad before. I hate to say it but I'm not coming back.
I’ve been to this spa twice, and both times the same front desk receptionist completely ruined the experience. While the nail techs are excellent and the space is clean and well-maintained, the receptionist—who is Caucasian—was openly rude and dismissive toward me both times. She acted visibly irritated by my presence, made booking unnecessarily difficult, and had a condescending attitude throughout our interactions.
