I came in as a walk-in and was greatful they could take me because my normal salon could not, and their service itself was ok, but I've honestly never had a pedicure come out this bad before. I hate to say it but I'm not coming back.
I’ve been to this spa twice, and both times the same front desk receptionist completely ruined the experience. While the nail techs are excellent and the space is clean and well-maintained, the receptionist—who is Caucasian—was openly rude and dismissive toward me both times. She acted visibly irritated by my presence, made booking unnecessarily difficult, and had a condescending attitude throughout our interactions. This the worst experience and paducier I have done ever ... they very roud and not professional at all talking thier language together front of the customers.. I don't not recommend them at all ..the girls she did for me i not sure her name but she sitting in the last table into the left .
