I was a bit disappointed with my visit today. My nail tech's customer service was not what I really expected. He made it very obvious how tired he was and I got the impression that he would much rather be doing anything else besides my nails.This was only my 2nd time at the salon but was a total turn around from my 1st visit. I was very impressed with the customer service and my mani/pedi on my first visit. I thought I'd finally found my "nail spot"....not so sure now. I wanted to add... Such a relaxing environment, staff was very friendly & professional. Definitely ask for Nancy for a manicure/pedicure, she did an excellent job and was very upbeat & personable, nails looked great for my Valentine's date!

Louis is the best! You know when you go to someone for awhile they get complacent? NOT Louis! He is attentive every time. If you desire great service ask for Louis -- you won't go wrong!

Louis and Lucky are amazing! Beautiful and most importantly CLEAN salon! This was my first visit and I will certainly be back!
