I LOVED the calm atmosphere but I did get a minor cut when they were taking off my powdered nails...it hurt too so I am just sticking to normal Mani pedis. Very nice guys just didn't expect to get cut. We're all human and make errors...overall still a good experience.

I was really disappointed with my pedicure. Even though I received the regular pedicure, I felt like it was a rushed 25 minute service. Then when I went to pay for my service, I realized that I had not gotten the hot towel wrap. When I questioned the receptionist, she told me that a hot towel was used to wipe off some of the lotion. Really!?!? Then DO NOT advertise it as being part of the service!

It was my first time today at Simply Divine and I simply loved it! � I went in with my friend for her birthday and we both got mani and pedi's. The service was great! Lovely atmosphere. I can definitely say that I've found my new nail shop! ��

This was my first time here. And I loved it! Andrew gave me a wonderful diamond spa pedicure and Kolbe did an amazing job on my full set French tips! Will definitely be returning and recommending! :)

My sister booked for us all to sit together, not honored. I was up charged without being told. And despite coming in with my daughter all the other mothers were offered a rose, only after a horrible experience did the manager walk out with a last minute...oh by the way happy Mother's Day....save yourselves and go to sweet escape, much nicer and honest.
