I go get adjusted weekly, sometimes 2-3 times a week. I put my body through very intense training for my sport. Not only does he fix what I put out of place, he helps to prevent me from further injury. It's always a great experience, and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dr Poulos takes time to listen to me and he hears me. I suffer from occasional headaches and with his chiropractic techniques, it usually alleviates the pain very quickly. He is gentle, and always lets me know before he makes an adjustment, so I'm not caught off guard and surprised. He is fantastic with kids and really talks to them on their level.
