In 62 years I have never set foot into a chiropractic office. After suffering with lower back pain for months Monday of this week I went to Simply Chiropatic. Steve came out and introduced himself as Steve not Dr. He set down with me and listened to my complaints and asked a lot of questions. He suggested some strengthening and stretching exercises for my lower back. To have a professional that will take the time to listen to what you have going on, take the time to adjust you completely and change things up depending upon what you need, is invaluable. he gives you homework if you need it, and has always made me feel better through the visit. Big Thanks to Steve to for treating "me", instead of rushing me out the door with just a couple of standard adjustments, like some I've visited in the past (and no longer bother with visiting). I highly recommend Steve Poulos!
I very highly recommend Steve and his staff they have always gone above and beyond for our family!!
Dr.Poulos not only keeps me walking and active with my moderate vertebra damage. He treats my boys when they suffer sports injuries. (Like every week). They both do contact and he keeps my boys as healthy as possible. He will be doing physical therapy for my 16 yo who just had massive shoulder surgery, with 5-biocomposite anchors.. I love his knowledge of kinesiology taping for healing and alternative means for treatment naturally. I love how he always makes the time for my family. He listens and really knows his stuff!
