Our experience with Simply Beautiful Remodeling was top-notch....start to finish! Wade and Jess (owners) were very prompt in setting up an initial meeting, listening to our needs and wants for finishing our lower level, and rather quickly turned around computed, colorful 3D-drawings that incorporated our desires along with some ideas of their own. We did a full kitchen remodel which included moving a wall, removing a closet, repairing and restoring hardwood flooring, rebuilding stairway banisters, and creating custom handcrafted floating shelves. **** and **** are an amazing team who guided us through the process by designing a plan according to our ideas and vision yet were not afraid to advise against some concepts that they knew would not have excellent results. **** is a true craftsman. They do fantastic work but they do not stand by it. They installed a new floor in my home back in late 2017. By the middle of 2019 the floor boards started to come apart. At the time they offered to come and look at it but a death in the family and covid made that impossible. When the pandemic lifted I reached out to them again, to come look at the floor. I was informed that now "too much time had passed" and they did not even have time to come out and look at the damage. So here I am, with a floor that going to fall apart w... read more
