Simplisafe was great a few years ago when we first purchased. However, I think they have gotten too big too fast. Their customer support is absolutely awful! The recording will say your wait time is 25 minutes ... 25 minutes later, my wait time was still 25 minutes! The time never goes down! Simplisafe has not called for a tripped alarm in about 2 years. I've been a SimpliSafe customer for over a year now and their customer service for existing customers has really deteriorated. The wireless module in my system failed recently so I had no connection to the dispatch center. I called SimpliSafe (Option 4) and the person who assisted me had no idea what she was doing. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes, most of that time on hold, and the customer service agent didn't do anything right. This is the worst alarm system I've ever had. Yes it's cheap, but you get what you pay for. The system worked great for the first months, but it went downhill fast from there. At least once a week I get a "No link to dispatch center" error. Half the time the app doesn't work. I don't trust this system at all to keep my home and family safe. I'm lucky if it works 50% of the time. Do yourself a favor, spend a little extra for a better system. SimpliSafe is not it!

We've had our system for nearly 2 years, and it works the way it's supposed to work. Customer service, however, is a different discussion. Once you get through to them, they are usually pretty helpful...but expect hold times of up to an hour just to talk to a human being.

WOW!!!! This company is a JOKE!!! I have talked to 5 different people now and STILL can not get an order!!! Nobody will call me back. Supervisors have been sent my emails and voice messages that I want to order and nobody can find the initial order I did with Technical Support under my name, email, phone number... so I did ANOTHER order and STILL have not given my cc. DO YOU NOT WANT MY MONEY!!!???? I am DONE with this company - MOST HORRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
