RecommendedI absolutely recommend Simplify Simple Inc. to anyone with a techie problem. The customer service is above and beyond any other Central Oregon techie company. They have fixed my phone, set up laptops, and helped me get through some tough issues. They did it in a way to not offend me in my lack of skills. Everyone that I have sent there has been a satisfied customer. The pricing is very competitive to other like companies. They have helped me numerous times for free.
They are amazing! They repaired my phone which had an internal hard drive issue that other places either didn’t know how to fix or wouldn’t be able to in a timely manner and they fixed it, and they did it very quickly and there prices are great too. Definitely will recommend for any issue and also will definitely do business with them again!

My Surface would not boot up and I stopped by, they took a few minutes...got it up and running and did not charge me. Very friendly and competent. THANK YOU
They replaced my brothers screen on his iPhone X and did not use quality products and the phone was not operable within 16hrs they also broke and failed to repair the proximity sensor for phone calls and failed to make things right when we asked and addressed the issues. Would highly recommend having phone repairs done elsewhere.
Latest Window 10 update turned my laptop into a black screen. Frustration abounded, but Chris fixed it all. Thank You for your patience and good results.
My C drive crashed with all my business programs on it. Brought it into Chris who not only replaced the drive with a super-fast SSD drive, he was able to retrieve and transfer over all those programs. Saved my bacon, Chris!
I brought my gaming tower to Simplify Simple when it suddenly stopped working and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They were quickly able to diagnose the problem and found out my motherboard was killing my CPU. They were able to help me with the RMA process and replace the defective components. Their pricing was very competitive and they communicated with me every step of the way! I would highly recommend this company for any computer issues big or small. I will be back again!
