Lee H. When I received the info that I could refi my VA loan at 1 3/4% on the balance of my loan rather than the amount of the original loan, I jumped at the chance. The continuous flow of offers to refi are always based on the original loan amount. Of course I had to pay points to get the 1 3/4% rather than 2 1/4%, but to me it was worth it. I started the process with this company on January 13, 2020. I first talked to the loan officer (Mr. Blair), then his assistant. It was my fortune to be served by one of the most courteous person (Peter) I ever had the pleasure to work with. Packages were prepared and explained thoroughly. When the assistant left for greener pastures, I was passed on to another professional (Jordan Vu). She explained everything, and so the process through fruition.
