I the process with Simplify Home Loan the early part of Dec 2021. I was sure Mr. Chandler Wilson was working on getting all the necessary information to me to only find out that nothing was being done. I was set a quote I signed it sent in all my paper work to only find out that Mr. Chandler started not responding after about 3 weeks he sends the same quote with an increase rate. Just completed our VA refinance - wow! This was just about the easiest refinance we've ever made in all the times that we've had to in the past and fast. Cole Cody & company were tremendous, their customer service beyond expectations and timelines and responses pretty spot on. We had to use a notary and that went very well as Cole was meticulous on how things were supposed to go following up with reminders and availability by all.
