I received a certificate for a 60 min facial for my birthday. I scheduled an appt on 5/20 and on 8/5. I received a "text" msg within hours of both appts canceling the appt. I have been trying to schedule this appt since May with no luck. I am returning the certificate to the friends that purchased it for my birthday as its no use to me. This is horrible business!
