Ireland and her staff are so nice and seem very competent in what they do. They tailor treatment to what will work best for your hair and skin. Would recommend!

I definitely recommend Simplicity laser! Every employee is kind and knowledgeable. They all make sure I'm comfortable and doing ok throughout the procedure. The facility is clean and well maintained. The best part.......I LOOOOOOOVE becoming hair free! I talked about laser hair removal for years and can't believe I waited so long. Simplicity is helping me get there and I haven't regretted using them at all!
A clinic recently closed down forcing me to go to another clinic and while there there was a Jr staffer who was around and they told her to take me back while during prep she told me she usually does not laser people unless they are too busy. I was uncomfortable with this info and when informing the business the denied the possibility of that happening. TLDR unqualified individuals will work on and with you without supervision, if you are uncomfortable with this I recommend a different provider, entirely !
This is my first time doing laser and this place is the best! the technicians are so nice and professional and make you feel so comfortable. Katie is my usual technician and she is so good at what she does! Best prices and the treatments work so well on my dark hair!
