Did 5 stars so you can actually see this comment. I’d RATE 1 star, They get you wrapped up in the worst contracts. I’ve lost HUNDREDS of dollars. I don’t recommend this for anyone, find a 1 purchase buy for a handheld tool online if you want hair gone, honestly easier less of a hassle. Never sign the contract. Poor service
