My husband had a beautiful Simplicity Floral flower arrangement delivered to my office today for our anniversary. My office is now fragrant with the sweet smell of flowers. I'm looking forward to watching a few of the bulbs bloom in the days to come. Thank you for helping my husband make this a wonderful memory for me on our anniversary!
Susan and her staff are the best at creating whatever I need! She thinks outside the box at giving me beautiful arrangements. I will continue to use her and recommend her to all my friends. Someone sent me an arrangement last week. The flowers were left at my front door on a very windy day. When I got home the vase had turned over and the card had blown across my yard. Also the flowers were not in the vase that was ordered. The flowers did not match the vase. When I called the store to complain I didn't get an apology or a return call from the manager.
I received two beautiful arrangements from them yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks for the lovely arrangements.
I walked in Simplicity Floral for the first time and asked if they did memorial crosses. Susan, the owner, stated we've never done crosses before but we can try. Let's just say I'm extremely pleased with my memorial cross and wreath! Simplicity Floral was very professional, caring and understanding. Thank you Susan for the beautiful wreath. Thank you Robert for making my cross. I will definitely recommend others!
