Very nice Doctor and staff members. Very informative. Overall GREAT experience.
My initial visit with Simple Sleep today has been wonderful! The staff, from the doctors to the techs, were very nice and took their time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Doing my sleep study tonight and based on the results should have my device within a month. I am so glad I called. If you’re on the fence about whether to try the appliance or not just give them a call. They’ll give you all the information so you can make the best decision for you. So far more than pleased with the service!

I think the concept of this device is fantastic, however had some issues, Kyle the manager of the store got involved and quickly resolved them. I tried the device for the first time last night and it seems to work good, I have tried every on-line remedy thinking it was "all the same" and this device is more comfortable, you don't spit it out in the middle of the night either.
My experience with the staff and doctors was wonderful. I would highly recommend if you snore check this place out �
Husband was told he would be getting his device at cost for lab fee 400.00 because office staff made a mistake on his referral.He paid the 400.00 Simple Sleep billed BCBS for 9095.00. I am reporting this as insurance fraud.
Jason and the folks at Sonterra are truly some cool people and the Dentist , Dr Hill is funny. They really helped me and I now am able to sleep with my mouthpiece.
I recognize this is a "dental" service, but was disappointed that no one discussed the results of the sleep study with me -- just "here's the mouthpiece and how to use it - I can't discuss the sleep study results with you - contact the MD and here's his number". I was initially told that I would be told the results of the study and go on from there -- nope, just straight to the mouthpiece.
