RecommendedThe staff here is amazing. They really take their time with you and you feel that your are in good hands. Dr. Akkad was very helpful and provided great advice or getting my sleep apnea under control.
I interacted with 2 people besides the doctor today. All were so professional and nice. My appliance needed to be adjusted for better sleeping after my sleep test results were reviewed. I feel like I have been sleeping better with the appliance. Highly recommend Simple Sleep.
Stay far away, under new ownership and all he tried to do was talk bad about the previous owner and switch my appliance to a new one. I only had a small crack on the appliance that wasn't very old. Called the manufacturer myself and it's under warranty, so i just went back to my own dentist and they sent it in for me. I also couldn't get an appointment, apparently he only works two days a week in the Dallas location.
Total scam. They have you come in and pay for multiple visits, and even fit you for an appliance, but that is as far as it goes. It has been 6 months, and all I get is that they changed owners and you have to start over. I bet that happens every 6 months in this place. They take your money and run. They should be investigated.
Very one was friendly and very helpful explaining everything. So ready to get machine.
My insurance benefits cover the sleep study and the device at 100% minus my $10.00 co-pay for the office visit. I was told I need to pay an additional $65.00 for the company that does the sleep study to write an order for the device.100% means 100%. After I pay the co-pay are you going to charge me to tell me what the doctor found in the examination? Sounds like a scam to me.
Simple Sleep Services is all about helping you breathe while you sleep �. Dr. Kenney was fabulous with me. Extra plus, the take home sleep test was easy, and it talks to you �. My husband loved that. The office is beautiful and clean �. If you snore and wear a CPAP, please know, there are other options. I highly recommend Simple Sleep Services. Go see them today, they will take good care of you ���
The device it self works, but the customer service is horrible! Been waiting over 3 wks for my device😤😡 I understand the mfg changed its' process, but I am beyond pissed that it's taking so long & that I haven't heard back on the status of my device👎👎👎
