My wife and I have ordered take-out from this particular store on several different occasions. Tonight was the time that sewed it up for us. We ordered a medium pizza and alpine bread sticks. It was luke warm when we got it, and the crust on both the pizza and the bread sticks was not fully cooked. They have shorted us on marinara sauce multiple times. I am from the Bartlesville area, and the location in Bartlesville and also Dewey are top-notch. I will most definitely NOT be back to this location EVER AGAIN!
Cold pizza literally 15 minutes after we ordered and picked it up. The pizza and the breadsticks had to be cooked After we got home because the dough was raw.
Simple Simon's is just that: it's simple a really good pizza choice when you don't want something "corporate" bit more like if an Italian grandmother made your favorite pie. Their crust is likely the biggest star of the show; I prefer their thin crust, even over their hand-tossed. It's cracker-like at the edges but never crunchy, just crisp.
