I purchased a new set of tires last Saturday, $936.00 I really like the tires , just what wanted .it took 3.5 hers. I paid for an alignment when I got got i could see that 1 side was bad. As a 30 mechanic myself I could see that the adjustment bolts never had a wrench put on them. They was in a hurry tie go home, I will have to pay again to get aligned . I wondered why they was so nervous when I was paying them . I will never go there or recommend anyone to go there .
I went to simple simon on airline for a tire repair and tire rotation since someone bought my tires from there as a gift. It took them 4.5 hrs for that and they think I was going to get an alignment, front /rear brakes and 2 tires for $600. Not... I made an appointment in their face to take my car to another place in the morning. All he can say is I'm sorry for the long wait. Not acceptable!
I recently went to Simple Simon on Airline and I had the most remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in the door the staff were attentive, informed and kept me updated on what was going on. The waiting area was energized and I appreciated the mission statement being posted. One gentleman even came around and offered bottled water for everyone. Special thanks to Steve for doing a great job. I will definitely recommend to friends.
