watch out for extra charges on your bill..got charged fifty dollars extra for tech to turn 4 bolts. Not what the sprit of their misson statement states in huge letters above the counter
Dropped off our ML350 for 2 front tires and when we picked it up we found the center console was dug through and the leather bound owners manual went missing. It had our service records and home address information in it. When we called to get help and have them check the camera to see what happened the workers never got back to us and help find book. They want to charge us hundreds of dollars for a new book. This is unacceptable.

I have had numerous bad tire experiences in Baton Rouge, over the years. Recommend by a friend, I decided to give SS a chance. The customer service received by Will Simon, was beyond the normal. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism I received today. I highly recommend Will for your tire needs.
I went in to a great welcome. The service given was just as expected since I had been there before. They repaired my truck with the care as if it was theirs and told me what needed to be done before performing any work. A big Thank you goes out to Adam, Patrick, Will and the mechanics that had me back on the road in no time. Big thumbs up!!!
I had a blowout on my handicap van with 27K miles on it. Thankfully I called Will at Simple Simon. He found the root of my problem & didn’t give up until it was corrected. I highly recommend them!!!
Quick and great service! They really go above and beyond every time I’m here. Today I came for an inspection tag, and they offered to put my new license plate on for me while I was here. It’s the little things that make a big difference!!
Don’t EVER BUY TIRES OR LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOU VEHICLE ! Bought 4 tires, all four came apart , causing me to have to sleep in side of the interstate @ 1:00am. Then I bought two new 10 ply BF Goodrich tires, they put 2 6ply tires on instead. I have made 5 trips from gonzales, to that store in Baton Rouge . Burned over $70.00 in fuel . So today I go back for them to take off the two 6ply and have the 10 ply put on I get 3 miles down the road and the tire light comes on. Needless to say I am one mad motherfucker right now.
A team of highly skilled, honest, friendly and competent mechanics. I brought in my car after 3 attempts elsewhere with very disappointing results. Adam, at the desk was confident and reassuring; while Nick had no problem locating the issue, fixing within hours and at reasonable prices.
