I’ve had a wonderful experience with Simple Property Management the past several years. Brian is so great to work with and is friendly and professional. I love how straightforward and streamlined his process is and he has always resolved any issues in a timely manner. I recommended him to my parents and they raved about him going above and beyond for them too.
I'm not sure how many people work at Simple Property Management, but I just wanted to give a warning to those thinking of working with Brian Nielsen, whether you're a property owner looking to have Brian manage your property or if you're looking to rent from Brian.
