I’ve had a wonderful experience with Simple Property Management the past several years. Brian is so great to work with and is friendly and professional. I love how straightforward and streamlined his process is and he has always resolved any issues in a timely manner. I recommended him to my parents and they raved about him going above and beyond for them too.
I'm not sure how many people work at Simple Property Management, but I just wanted to give a warning to those thinking of working with Brian Nielsen, whether you're a property owner looking to have Brian manage your property or if you're looking to rent from Brian. When I first met Brian, he seemed like a really great guy, but we soon found out that he is like a lot of people in Utah who are nice upfront but completely untrustworthy. Amazing and grate very knowledgeable and amazing over all person grate to work with and definitely grate deal phenomenal home
Negative experience here, approved for a lease never sent lease never sent payment instructions. Lies about saying he was sending both then get an email backing out of arranged agreement. Very unprofessional process here, wasted my time strung me along for 2 weeks but hey enjoy my application fee you collected!!
