We had purchased new carpet a year ago and had issues with the quality of our carpet. When I called with concerns they immediately took action to check warranty and so on. The pandemic hit and things were all delayed but Rick stepped up and said we’ll take care of it. We were able to get a quality product and experienced great customer service with Rick and Tiffany. Just had Ricky with Simple Floors come measure our upstairs so we could get a quote for flooring. Very impressed with his knowledge and taste. He had ideas for painting the walls, to make the flooring we want to lay, not look too dark. Something I would have not thought of. And great ideas for flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room.
