Prior to my interaction with Simple Energy today, I would have given them a 5 because I've never had a problem. Today, however, I had a terrible customer service experience with regards to an error on their end, that is resulting in me having to pay a $75 emergency tank fill fee because they did not handle the situation appropriately when I called earlier in the week. The woman I spoke to would take no responsibility for the error on their part! Not good customer service at all!
