I have never been disappointed with simple energy, I just had a tech at my house Ryan Jordan was awesome! Very polite and showed us everything he was fixing and explained what he was doing. Our furnace had been neglected buy the owners of my apartment so it was no a easy fix to get my furnace back up and running..the service is great and I also get my oil through simple energy and I always have gotten my delivery within a few days of calling this time I got it the next day after calling! Their service is excellent
We have been very happy with their propane service, but I cannot say the same for their plumbing services. Disappointed, to say the least. Update: I was contacted by Nate and he apologized for their lack of follow-up. We were able to resolve my billing issues and he assured me that the other concerns were addressed in training and policy clarification with the plumbers. I am satisfied.

improper service tried contacting about a service call 400 dollar blown off 3 times fuel jelled on a full tank I'm seriously thinking bout changing companies. twice in 4 months emergency services. furnace that was cleaned and serviced for beginning of winter. I'm giving excuse after excuse using diesel with an additive in a kerosene out door tank. I can't get a strait answer or anyone willing to talk with me about an emergency service that should never have happened in first place.
We recently learned that they had purchased our plumber's business. We got up on a Saturday to no water. An actual live person answered the phone and we had a super helpful plumber here within an hour.
I called Simple Energy a little after 2pm this afternoon as my furnace wasn't working. I live about 30 miles from W.Leb, and one of their technicians was at my house an hour later. He found the problem and they are getting the part and he will be back tomorrow to finish the fix. They are always very courteous & explain what is wrong so I understand. Definitely recommend them.
