Amazing experience with Simple Energy tonight! They were very responsive and we saw a tech within an hour of calling them. The tech that came out was extremely kind and quick to get the issue fixed. Definitely will use them again.

We had a amazing experience with simple energy. We were in the middle of a huge construction project and the propane company we had used for over 10 years failed to show up to move a line. This had been scheduled weeks prior and they admitted that is was their error but would not come on site for 2 weeks! This would have halted the project! We called simple energy and they were on site within hours and got the job done! They saved the day and have always responded to calls and questions immediately!
