Simons is now Apex Dental. Both Dr. Simons have retired, and we REALLY miss Dr. Traci. While I like Dr. Smith, I’m not a fan of Dr. Bhavani. I felt like she was trying to sell me crowns on teeth that had never been a prior problem.
They are too worried about their bottom line than taking care of their patients. They barely spent 5 minutes with my daughter on her visits, and were also too rushed. They are almost impossible get a good appointment with even months in advance. We no longer go there, and she goes to my dentist. After her first visit with my dentist, she came home and stated how nice it was to have a dentist and hygienist take time for her specifically. They also found a small issue that Simons never found. I would not recommend this place.
According to Colgate’s website “All dental offices will have emergency time set aside in the daily schedule for lost fillings or other dental problems; therefore, you will be seen on the day you call.” All dental offices, that is, except for Simons Family Dental A few days ago my jaw began to ache in the same spot where I had received 2 new fillings a few weeks ago.
