Being new to the area, I wasn't sure about this practice. They were kind and efficient. It was the best MRI experience I have ever had.
They both receptionist and the technician were professionals, maybe the technician needed a little more patient’s connection to make the patient more comfortable and at ease, especially when the patient has chronic anxiety and claustrophobia, but it’s ok professional behavior it’s perfect.
