While the staff was nice enough- not overwhelmingly friendly, but corteous enough, and I was called in promptly and everything went smoothly, the big issue for me is hygiene. I was greeted upon entering by a huge roach roaming the lobby. The bathroom was super dirty, the changing room had no light, it was dark, and there was a dirty tissue on the floor. The robe was all wrinkled and didn’t feel fresh and super clean. Plus the most cold and sterile chairs and waiting rooms, zero warmth or comfort while you wait.
Employees was nice and respectful, I did not wait long for my appointment and they made you feel comfortable.
