Very nice people, very helpful
Got there at 11 am, went in on time at 11:15. 20 minutes for the procedure. I asked the receptionist for a cd rom, she told me they would call my name. 1hr later i asked her again, once again she said they would call your name. Another hr later she leaves for lunchtime a technician covers her seat. I asked her , and had my cd in 5minutes!. Why did I wait 2hrs for cd rom ?
Great staff quick to get things done Thanks
