Our experience with our construction supervisor Michael McKinlay and our Customer Relationship Coordinator Joanne Murphy was wonderful. Michael throughout the process was fantastic to deal with, was onto little things before they became issues and had the whole build running incredibly smoothly. Throughout the process Joanne always got back to us the same day about any questions and is such a lovely person to work with. Thank you so much to you both for making what could have been a stressful process and enjoyable one.

To anyone considering a construction project with Simonds, I strongly advise against it. I have experienced an extensive ordeal in relation to a warranty claim. Simonds repeatedly ignored my attempts to contact them and refused to address issues with a shower that had suffered from failed waterproofing and grouting. I have resorted to filing a claim with VCAT to seek compensation. Their sales service excels in securing your funds, but their post-sales support is abysmal.
