I have several complaints. I have been waiting on a call from a supervisor. Of course that never happened, which doesn't surprise me after all of the other nonresponses. My mom tried getting care which they gave her an appointment with the nurse practitioner. This was a huge mistake. She told my mom she could not write her any time off except for that day off after she asked for more days off because of the symptoms that she was not properly diagnosed or carefully listened too. I absolutely love Dr. Montgomery! His attention to every detail of my health and providing the information I will need in order to improve my overall quality of life is second to none. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a caring and qualified physician.
Dr.Rian is a great doctor.I have no concern with his professionality.How ever the billing department and the receptionist needs some attention.I started seeing Dr Rian few months ago and I'm on Medicaid.Well some how somebody had me put on some market place insurance for past 2 years with out my knowledge.I gave my Medicaid card to the receptionist when I started seeing the Dr.So how in the world does a totally different insurance provider get billed and I'm on the hook for $484.22 when there was no information giving about ... read more
