Very Poor Customer Service – How many times can a place get your order incorrect? At Simon Eye Associates, try twice! I was to receive a call from them to correct the second problem, but they never called back. Perhaps it is because the lenses were at a reduced price through a vision care plan, and I was not a high paying client? Do they realize that people drop glasses, need a second pair, may need an eye doctor for a problem, or may actually recommend them to friends and neighbors if they do a good job?
