Dr. Kouz has gone above and beyond for me in a situation that didn't even truly concern him given that I hadn't yet received a cancer diagnosis. However, he called me directly many times and advocated for me, helping me secure timely responses from the other doctors on my care team, scheduling STAT exams, and ensuring everything moved along swiftly before my surgery date. I cannot thank Dr. Kouz enough for the care that he's shown me, and it is clear that he truly cares deeply about his patients!
