RecommendedGreat multigenerational family owned sporting goods store, with very competitive prices! For outdoor sports of hunting, fishing, shooting, etc...I ALWAYS start here, and they normally have it or will order it quickly. Great people and great place to continue supporting vs the heartless big box store.

These are the best people on the planet! Family owned, not a corporation with no ties to the community. They stock the best inventory and the staff is VERY helpful. Nobody has ever walked out of Simmons unhappy. Its amazing to see....well worth setting some time aside to check out everything they have.

great place for guns and ammo
Excellent store that has it all with great customer service. Went in one day to get a pistol. I decided I wanted new fishing gear and had a gentleman help me make some great choices. Not to mention the cheap prices on several baits. Prices were significantly better than any other outdoor store in the Birmingham area.
Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was the one that mounted my scope for me on my ruger 10/22. Not only I bought a scope , I also bought a case for my ruger.
