watch out for hidden cost bi-weekly payments I recently bought a 2010 Elantra from the Big Flats Simmons and Rockwell store. I had to go through thier financing (vs my credit union) to get the window sticker price. I was asked if I wanted the auto debit bi-weekly plan to reduce the interest, so trying to be a wise shopper, I signed up for that. old school knowledge, new car buyer I have purchased several vehicles from Simmons Rockwell. It is by far the most freindly, customer oriented dealership I have seen in years. Let's not forget their selection, prices, locations, and facilities are all superior to their competitors. BAIT and SWITCH i contacted s/r sales on fri. and set up an appointment for a test drive on the following mon. over 2 hr. drive round trip and more than 1/4 tank of gas. the vehicle was not on the lot! i was told "we sent it to big flats for a customer to look at" REALLY? aren't i a customer? i won't go back....ever
Definatly a place to buy a car! I have been a Simmons Rockwell customer for years. It would be nice if there were pictures on the website, but you really have to go to the dealership and drive the car your interested in anyways. I have bought two cars from Larry and have never had a problem. Larry Feenaughty was a great salesman and talked to me as a person and there was no high pressure tactics. He was very patient with me. I wouldn't buy a car anywheres else. Can't beat the prices.

NO PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE It sucks that they don't put their photos on the site.I won't go there for that reason alone! Could be a waste of my time and since they are out of town, forget it. I will look where I can see the car.
Price lowest,trade lowest, no one would beat thier difference price I shopped at 4 dealers after leaving Simmons Rockwell and no would beat their bottom line price. I told them I wanted more for my trade and I would make the deal. They told me that the figures were the best they could do and thanked me for the opportunity to earn my business. I was impressed by the price and there handling of the numbers. I love my truck and I love their service department
No complaints here A friend of mine puchased a vehicle here a few years back, they were very nice,and could help you with almost anything. She really lucked out. Bought a Chevy S 10 with low miles and the extended waranty was the best investment. Went back to them to see if she could get a similar deal, but just didn't have what she wanted this time. Very high on selling new vechile leases on Silverado's, they were too much truck. would go back again.
