Definatly a place to buy a car! I have been a Simmons Rockwell customer for years. It would be nice if there were pictures on the website, but you really have to go to the dealership and drive the car your interested in anyways. I have bought two cars from Larry and have never had a problem. Larry Feenaughty was a great salesman and talked to me as a person and there was no high pressure tactics. He was very patient with me. I wouldn't buy a car anywheres else. Can't beat the prices.

Simmons-Rockwell Warning! In 2008 I bought a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country b/c the car they were supposed to bring to the lot, they didn't. Nothing but problems from the day I drove it off the lot. I bought their piece of crap Gaurdian Extended warranty also which didn't cover my vehicle when the sending unit ( the part that gets the gas from the tank to the engine went bad) and I was stuck in the dead of winter on the side of the road with my 3 mont old son!!! A Class Act We have bought 5 used cars from Simmons Rockwell in Hornell & have been happy enough with their quality, prices & sevice that we came from Kansas to by another car. It turned out that it had been damaged in an accident that neither we or the dealer knew at the time. When be came to have problems with it - they paid for all the repairs and then wound up taking it back (from Kansas) for a full refund. I don't think you can find a more honest & supportive dealer anywhere.
Porfessional Service We were referred to Simmons Rockwell by a local mechanic who performed life-saving measures on our car halfway through a 300 mile trip home after a trying week away. We we needed a new ride to get us the rest of the way. Emmett was great. He showed us only the type of vehicles we were interested in and in the price range we had in mind. BAIT and SWITCH i contacted s/r sales on fri. and set up an appointment for a test drive on the following mon. over 2 hr. drive round trip and more than 1/4 tank of gas. the vehicle was not on the lot! i was told "we sent it to big flats for a customer to look at" REALLY? aren't i a customer? i won't go back....ever
No complaints here A friend of mine puchased a vehicle here a few years back, they were very nice,and could help you with almost anything. She really lucked out. Bought a Chevy S 10 with low miles and the extended waranty was the best investment. Went back to them to see if she could get a similar deal, but just didn't have what she wanted this time. Very high on selling new vechile leases on Silverado's, they were too much truck. would go back again.
NO PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE It sucks that they don't put their photos on the site.I won't go there for that reason alone! Could be a waste of my time and since they are out of town, forget it. I will look where I can see the car.
