New management company recently took over. Old management company was friendly and very responsive. New management company not so much. Communication is terrible. This community has gone downhill since new management Haven Homes took over. I have emailed Natasha Walker numerous times regarding a weed smell coming from nearby neighbors who leave their garage door open, bikes and scooters being left in the walkway where my husband tripped really bad one night walking our dog back home and now food being left at the park table and all over the ground.
