New management company recently took over. Old management company was friendly and very responsive. New management company not so much. Communication is terrible. We suddenly have surprise fees being charged to us along with our rent. Can’t get anyone to talk to us about it. Beware if you’re renting through Haven Homes property management.
Moved here early April ‘25. Multiple people coming and going at the property management location. I’ve been very disappointed with Natasha here. She goes days without responding. I’ve asked for the contact information to the parent company and have been ignored. This is an expensive townhome rental community and one would expect much better customer service.
THERE IS A MOUSE IN MY TOWNHOME!! Let me start by saying that I am 33 years old and have never had a mouse or anything like that in a home I have ever lived in prior to Simmons Ridge. That being said, I understand that this could potentially happen anywhere, so I am not faulting Simmons Ridge for this happening. What I am faulting them for is how they decided to handle it.
