why put a note on your door to call because the door is looked due to virus if you aren't going to atleast try and help a current customer. Broke my glasses and the snide lady tells me that's not emergency. Really? All I needed was to order a new frame replacement but she was too quick to say that's not an emergency. No effort to help. Could have resolved this on the phone. For what you charge you should have tried. Done with ya! Your competition got me temporarily fixed without contact.
I have always been interested in contacts for quite some time but could never find the patience to deal with the newness of putting them in and taking them out until I came to Simmons Eye Care and got the help I was needing and so much more. The staff is top notch professional and very friendly. I had misplaced one of my trial contacts and contacted them and they had a new set ordered at no extra charge and I had them in less than a week. I've had great experiences in the past, but recently the staff seem completely unable to accommodate. At least they are friendly while not being helpful.
