They told me my glasses that I spent almost $400 on would be in by 2 weeks. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and I haven’t received them. You’d think if you’re spending that much on glasses that they’d be here on time, and I can’t see very well without them. Very disappointing for a first time customer of Simmons.
My husband, my son and I have been going to Simmons Eye Care for the past several years and have had very good patient/dr relationships. The staff is very nice and helpful, they are kid friendly and patient and offer very good prices and selection compared to our old optometrist. The front desk is always very nice and helpful when I go in as well. I would recommend them.
Dr. Jennifer asked us to leave the room to tell the child she thought the child was lying and would not prescribe her glasses. Took my child to a different eye clinic and she is being proscribed glasses. The child is a minor so there was not a need to leave the room but felt safe to do so. Dr. Jennifer should have talked me not the child. The other doctors are great but would not recommend Dr. Jennifer, she should have handled the situation in a more professional manner. Very disappointed.
