The back office staff was rude, the front office staff did not reveal charges until after the fact, only had one of us sign an informational form about extra charges, after the other of us was already back and not aware of the extra charges. Having it cost 70$+ out of pocket for a ''covered eye exam''. Have NEVER had such rediculous charges for regular components of an eye exam anywhere else.
