They are on top of their game. Everyone knows lots about their field (the guy who did my blood draw told me that making and releasing a fist like many people do when they are having bloodwork raises your potassium levels enough to throw some blood test results off) and has a good bedside manner. If you’re having chemo, you get a private room with a TV.
