A check of line was stolen through the mail. The people had an account with Simmons bank. They ran the check through the ATM at night time even though Simmons bank knew that the check been stolen. The police had been to the bank. They pulled the ATM nighttime tape two years later now I’m still trying to get my money back from Simmons Bank Hundreds of dollars if you’re a crook and you steal mail just run those checks through the Simmons ATM at nighttime because they’ll cash them for you
You can insert your card, but none of the buttons even work to do anything. This isn't the first time. This bank is just going downhill since it took over.
