My husband and I chose Simmas to supply our wedding cake and it was absolutely perfect. We chose an elegant all white 3 tiered wedding cake and then got sheet cakes for the remainder of guests. We went with something non-traditional, their famous cheesecake. My husband & I love their cheesecake – if you haven’t had it, it is a MUST TRY. We got our wedding cake from Simma’s and truly the best wedding cake I’ve ever had, and very professional staff. While you’re there, get a chocolate madness bar. They’re the best.
When I visit family in Milwaukee, always have to grab morning buns. Their cheesecake is also a family tradition! Yum!

Simma’s Bakery was able to create the exact vintage decorated cake that I requested for our 50th anniversary. It was stunning, as well as delicious! The decorator to whom I spoke with, ( I’m sorry I forgot her name) was very patient and courteous. She made sure she understood each detail I requested. I would recommend Simma’s Bakery to anyone looking for a special occasion cake.

Our daughter made one special request for her baby shower....a chocolate mousse cake from Simma's bakery! I wanted the cake to be decorated to match the shower theme so I provided them a picture of the invitation, hoping they could get close. When the cake came out of the box I was more than pleased with the skill of the cake decorators! They did a terrific job, the cake was beautiful, and of course, it was also delicious!
