The carrot cake was amazing. We are from out of town and I needed a special Birthday cake. We loved it. She loved it was the main thing. There are so many beautiful and tasty treats when you walk in. Friendly staff and very helpful. Thank you so much.
Came here for a Birthday cake for my boyfriend, who loves his motorcycles. I’ve had their cheesecake, which is amazing so I came back for a more traditional Birthday cake. The customer service was great and very helpful and the cake was the best I’ve had! I did chocolate mousse between the layers and it was perfect, very moist cake! Definitely will be back in the future.

My husband and I had Simma's for our wedding cake this past weekend. We can't say enough about how gorgeous and delicious it was. We had their famous cheesecake as well as a yellow sheet cake, with whip cream and fresh strawberries between each layer, and topped with a chocolate ganache. I stopped by on Monday. Didn’t realize the bakery was closed😥 A kind lady opened the door & invited me in. I made my purchase & was so happy. I live in Waukesha & a cake 🍰 that I needed to be delivered on Tuesday in Menomonee Falls was purchased for my sick friend. She LOVES the cheesecakes from Simma’s & thanks to the gracious lady my friend has a beautiful cake for Valentines Day!!!!❤️
