Simma's has fantastic cheesecake, and many options which is great. However, they take on so many weddings that they freeze their cakes (not ok for a girl who knows her bakery, and for anyone who pays the price that it costs). On top of that, the girl who helps design the cakes is rude. They have an ego about their business and when you're working with customers who are paying the kind of money they do for a wedding, thats the wrong attitude.
