Food is beautifully decorated and delicious, but customer service is lacking in common sense and courtesy. Simple number system was being used when I walked in but apparently had become too confusing for them to continue. When you make a mistake an "I'm sorry, I'll be right with you" works wonders, much better than avoiding eye contact or ignoring the customers. Needless to say I ordered much less than I had planned and left no tip.

Simmons bakery is an outstanding bakery there cheesecake fantastic
Simma's is of course known for it's cheesecake, but we recently served a lemon mousse cake in addition to the cheesecake at our wedding and I was almost more impressed with the genoise!! If you are thinking about getting a "regular" cake, I would highly recommend, as well!

I really love the newly remodeled store and appreciate the way Simma's staff always hustles. I was in there the day before Mother's Day and it was crazy busy. Still I felt the line moved quickly and the staff was very helpful despite being so busy. I heard you'll be adding a number system, which will be great. It will be nice to wander around and see the new items while waiting. Our family celebrations wouldn't be the same without Simma's.
Hmmm, visited for the first time today and was impressed with the establishment. However, I found the customer service lacking and not sure I would return. The younger workers at the counter were ok but an older lady and gentleman appeared and said nothing to acknowledge my presence. Will spend $$ elsewhere.
Simma’s cheesecake has been a staple in my life since birth. For every major moment in life, milestone, sacrament, my mom got me a Simma’s cheesecake with the thin strawberry layer covered in delicious chocolate. Not too sweet. Not too rich. But perfectly creamy and satisfying. Upon selecting our wedding cake, Simma’s was our first choice and did not disappoint.
