Thank you Simma's bakery! My 90 year old WWII veteran dad was in a car accident outside your place yesterday and your owner brought him into your place and gave him coffee and free bakery while he waited for the police to arrive. Pure class! I can assure you I will recommend you to all my friends!

This bakery has always been a hidden gem, but their recent remodel is gorgeous! I stocked up on a few tasty treats while visiting Milwaukee. The staff was wonderful, the desserts looked amazing, and the prices are still quite reasonable I had a hard time limiting my choices. I snuck a bite of the pumpkin bar on the way home. It was simply amazing. I wish I could have brought home more of everything 💓

Food is beautifully decorated and delicious, but customer service is lacking in common sense and courtesy. Simple number system was being used when I walked in but apparently had become too confusing for them to continue. When you make a mistake an "I'm sorry, I'll be right with you" works wonders, much better than avoiding eye contact or ignoring the customers. Needless to say I ordered much less than I had planned and left no tip.
