I only called yesterday afternoon and they were here at 7.15 this morning. My aircon wasn’t working and heating system wasn’t functioning properly. He came was absolutely lovely and professional. I initially called three air conditioner suppliers requesting a quote. Simmark Batemans Bay responded immediately and within a week our unit was quoted and installed. I am still waiting on a call back from the other suppliers! The initial inspection, completed by Jake, was a thorough measure and roof inspection to determine the right unit for our space. We contacted SIMMARK to install a split system aircon to the van we recently bought. Thank God we spoke to Elise, then Joe and Henry about our van. I can not compliment them enough for the service they provided, let alone detecting a severe safety problem to the electrical supply to our van. Thank you to all.
