Most of the negotiation was done over the telephone. Picking up the vehicle and and signing documents went pretty smooth. No complications. Purchased a vehicle on Wednesday and was told I would get a call back to follow up on Sunday however never got the call. Not a big issue. Salesperson John was great. Very courteous and conscientious.

I was contacted very nicely and timely. Even did a drop in to see the vehicle after hours while picking up takeout. The vehicle got what I'm looking for however I'm still kicking the tire over the price and being three year plus old. Just hoping for a price drop while I'm looking at other trucks. Thks
They were professional and answered our questions. Had a couple of minor cosmetic issues that they repaired before we took the car. Nice enough to have a staff person stay later for car pick up. Pleasant experience.
Although I didnt buy a truck, their staff was extremely friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation.
