I recently visited Silvi for a hair root touch-up. While I was pleased with the service from the stylist, I was very disappointed when the owner increased the quoted price for root touch up, claiming it was due to my total hair length. I had barely 0.2 inch of grey hair roots and still don't understand how the total hair length affects the quoted price for a root touch-up. I will understand the price difference if I had more inches of grey than expected, but that wasn’t the case here.
