Ever since the new management has been here, we’ve been counting down the days til our lease ends. Communication is terrible with the office. When I’ve had issues with the apartment, they either don’t come or they come with a “temporary” fix rather than trying to actually address the issue. Parking is terrible. Raising the rent to ridiculous prices just because they painted the hallways and put a bike rack. And don’t even get me started on how they handled this winter storm. The Assistant Community Manager, was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire process effortless. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with an in-unit washer and dryer that checked a major box on my list. I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I truly appreciate Samuel’s support and attention to detail, and I’m so excited to call this place my new home.
I’ve lived in this complex for a long time, since I was 18. We have had multiple owners come through with different approaches to the property. It’s old, it’s weathered, it’s got a lot of history in these buildings. Renew has come in and made actual changes, renovated apartments completely, added new amenities with plans for even more. They are working hard dealing with the tough hand dealt to them. It’s not going to all be fixed immediately but they are working on it that’s for sure. I am happy with what they are doing
