I can say nothing but nice things about Jovaniel, very VERY accommodating and friendly. Answered all emails and returned calls within minutes. Everything I needed he made sure was done. If I needed maintenance, always minor things, they were there within the hour. Apartment is newly renovated, new appliances, no issues! Quiet place never had any security concerns. I would recommend!
