Dr. Brent Nielsen and his Entire staff are all AWESOME!!!! Best dentist & dental experience I have EVER had!!!!
Cleaning was great; however, I did not get fluoride treatment and I did not get my take home whitening gel. I had a new gal, so she was probably not aware.

Dr. Nielsen's practice is of the highest quality. The doctor's work is amazing. His work has been the best I have ever received. Matter of fact, the last time he worked on my teeth I commented to him that if I had not heard the drilling, I would have questioned he had actually done anything. He is VERY skilled. The level of service is also top notch. Please stay in the Springs. Your practice is the best.
My initial phone conversation regarding insurance with the front desk was handled very well. A followup visit to the office provided me a clear understanding of my dental insurance benefits as well as a thorough understanding of the services fee schedule. Making an appointment was very easy as well and my visits for cleaning/exam and completion of two procedures. Every aspect of my interaction with this office has been nothing short of outstanding!
For someone who has an extreme fear of dentist visits, the entire staff at Silverstone Dental has made it so easy to come to the dentist and receive treatment. They are extremely professional and Dr. Nielsen is amazing in his ability to connect with the patient and ensure they are comfortable throughout the entire process. This ability to provide very professional work as a dentist and to connect personally to each patient is a skill that very few possess and is greatly appreciated by this patient. Thank you so much.
