I’ve lived at Silverstone for about two years, and it has been a great experience. The location is ideal. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Beltline, and near several grocery stores. The apartment themselves are well-appointed with the in-unit washer/dryer. i absolutely love living at silverstone apartments! my apartment is adorable, i have 2 skylights where i can hear the rain from (love that) & i’m fortunate to have a nice view of trees from my balcony. Angel, the property manager, is amazing! efficient, effective, and genuine. truly a great property manager. Art, the maintenance man, is so kind and speedy. So ready and willing to help, and always with such a warm attitude. and finally, the price & location is right!

We have lived at Silverstone for over 2 years now and love it. We’ve needed to put in a few maintenance requests over the years and 99% of the time, maintenance is there the next day before noon and either has the issue fixed or something new ordered. There was one time I put in something non-urgent at 10pm and they still came the next day - it’s amazing. Management worked with us to sign a shorter lease when we needed to one time. My roommate and I have lived at Silverstone for almost a year! We love our place. A few things that impressed us when we moved in is the underground parking/ storage locker, reliable apartment staff and cleanliness. If you have a maintenance request, it is completed the day or week of the request. Additionally, the apartments are quiet and they are very strict on noise levels!
